I was off sick between November and January due to stress and anxiety. I work three days a week. I have missed 30 of my 'working days'.
However, my employer has calculated that I've had 50 working days off. Clearly this is based on a 5 day week and includes the holidays (I work in a school). Is that correct? Do they always include the full weeks (I guess so, the GP sick notes do) and holidays? I just wanted to check.
