Do you mean "nursery" or "nursery school"? Nursery (school) vouchers were a government scheme which has now been dropped in favour of funding nursery education directly to the providers from sometime in their 3 year old year (varies according to where you are in the country). Nursery vouchers, which you can use to pay for nursery fees can be provided by your employer in lieu of some of your salary - see this thread

I would get in contact with your local council and they will be able to tell you if you are eligible, which nurseries accept vouchers, etc. I recently found out my borough only has 212 places for 4 year olds so nothing for 3 year olds and very little hope of getting funding even when she's 4 (and only a poxy £300 odd a term, less than £100 per month, where would that get you??). However, in Devon (where I was originally from) every 3 year old is entitled to 2.5 sessions per week, whatevery nursery they choose. So, huge variations across the country only your council can answer for you.
Good luck!
