@OakPine

Was enjoying wfh. I work for a large company which has a very flexible hybrid approach to wfh. However, manager has said that they want everyone in the office. So we all pretty much sit in the office working away in our own little bubbles. Less collaboration than wfh. Don't think I can stand it much longer. I am struggling with motivation.
I don't walk for large organisation but can agree 100% on what you are experiencing, own bubbles - no collaboration - communication poor. It is actually worse than it was when we did WFH

I'm earning nearly £10,000 less than I was pre pandemic but I am now home based so away from office politics / bullying. Much easier to switch off, less time commuting, less stress overall.

I have left the career I'm qualified to do and did for nearly 20 years, to do something completely different!
