Help needed in How to interview someone.

I help run a social club and have been using a few volunteers.
We have 2 permanent Barpersons and are now in the position to get more paid staff.
It's only in the evenings and occasionally during the day for funerals.
Next week we are interviewing 2 people (female and male).
Hopefully they are both suitable. On their CV they seem just what we are looking for.
But we need advice on what we can or should ask as we have never interviewed before.

I’d do a couple of ice-breakers (why are you interested in this job) and then mostly behavioural questions (e.g. can you tell me about a time you’ve had to deal with challenging customers, a time you’ve had to work well in a team/show leadership etc) Focus on the qualities and behaviours you think would be valuable in the role.

As an opener. I would ask them to outline the skills, experience and qualities that they can bring to the role

Give them a couple of scenarios and ask how they'd respond to them. Eg dealing with an awkward customer. Being pressured to serve beyond the set opening times, or to serve underage customers

Observe them closely throughout and try to get a sense of their personality and how they'd relate to people and wether you'd get on with them
