Worried about my position at work

So a very long story done briefly. I've worked at my company for 15 years. My dad initially got me the job as he worked there too as a director (not the MD) in the last six months there have been a lot of disagreements between him and the md and a long story short the md has made his either resign or get made redundant. This is still ongoing. The question is I'm so worried about my job that I'm wondering what the legalities he's got of getting rid of me.
I'm good at my job, always on time, never ring in sick. He's not given me any reason to think my jobs at risk but I know he. An be very two faced so what he's saying isn't always what actually going on if that makes sense. It's affecting my sleep and eating habits. I'm looking to move house but don't want to give myself more debt when I'm scared to lose my job.
I've not said anything about the situation at work. When people have asked where my dad is ive just said it's not my place to discuss it.

You have been there 15 years and have employment rights so he can’t get rid of you without following a legal process
It might be better if you leave though if you think it’s going to get too awkward

Unless you talk to someone who would know what’s going on how can you alleviate your fears. You could worrying over nothing. Try to speak to someone before this affects you further

You've done everything right. Continue refusing to discuss where your dad is.
Quietly look for a new job (as it sounds like this one will become awkward), but he can't fire you because of your dad and you have employment rights to stop this happening.
If you see signs of being pushed out/fired/other bad things happening, keep records of everything so you have evidence for HR/employment lawyer.

You could phone the Acas helpline on 0300 123 1150 for advice.

Don't walk, ride it out and worst case you'll get a pay off.
