I'm extremely excited I have an interview this week, for a maternity support worker role at a local hospital. I'm getting rather nervous Ive wanted to do this job for a very long time but they are hard to come by. I don't have any hospital experience I'm currently a special needs teaching assistant. If anybody has any ideas on what I may be asked it will be greatly appreciated:)

Thank you! It is an apprenticeship role with full time job at the end if you meet requirements, did they ask you strengths/weaknesses? Nhs values?
i dont really know what id do in a conflict situation 😬

I said something like - they did ask if it was members of staff having the conflict so I said I would politely remind them of patients being in the area and over hearing and then I would check patient was ok if maybe they heard anything untoward etc always be calm they mentioned the trust values but I did read up on them before the interview
