hi i am struggling to find a job right now so i was wondering if this sounds ok and what should i add

Hi! I am a 16 year old student studying animal management. My experience of working with animals has made me an empathetic and communicative person, who is able to read between the lines and give animals what they need, even when it hasn't been clear, which I believe gives me the skills needed to work in customer service.
I have predicted grades of a 4 in Mathematics, and a 5 in English.
I have previous experience in Girl Guiding, from the ages of 5 to 11, and these years have left me with many useful skills, such as communication, team leadership as well as knowing how to work within the team itself. It has also made me a resilient person who can cope under pressure, and developed my problem solving skills.

Hello. Jobhunting is so hard, I can remember handing out my CVs as a teenager - good luck!
I would say this is more of a covering letter than a CV. I would have a subheading for education, with school. Then a section for any work or volunteering experience, then a section for skills.

I am a bit out of touch, not sure if its a good idea to put predicted grades, maybe somebody else can offer some advice.

Are you looking for a job with animals? I think it might be best offering to volunteer with some places first...if you have done this already, write about what responsibilities you had and what skills were needed.

All the best

I would also include a small example for each skill as employers like to see how potential employees can use a skill - Good luck

This is more a letter than a CV - you need to set it out so it is easier - quicker to read especially if you are sending it out on spec.

I agree that you need some sort of volunteering experience - could you rejoin guides / rangers? I think that otherwise this experience is irrelevant- you left 5 years ago!
Even your old primary / secondary school might let you volunteer ??

Hi there. Good on you for getting your CV sorted. Have a look at some CV templates online for how most recruiters will expect a CV to be laid out.
In each of your posts, draw out what that experience means for you as a person. For example, on your animal management course:
Contributing to group discussions
Desk research to gather information (data and written testimony) to bring to seminars and draw together in reports and essays
Working with others as part of a team
Leading a small group to ensure everyone's safety on-site

Etc etc etc

You need to presume the reader has no idea what you do on a course or in your work experience, they won't read between the lines.

Good luck!
