Hi.
Work in an office (law firm) and was told last week by my boss that an email would be coming around shortly asking for our opinions on working from home or in the office, now that things are easing with regards to to Covid.
Having worked from home since last March, attending the office once a week, I desperately want to keep things that way. It suits me/my family perfectly and I am far more productive at home than in the office. I am more than happy to go in more if needed, but basically would like to stay 1-2 days in the office and rest wfh.
Obviously my reasons are entirely selfish as they suit me (don't have to worry about childcare after school/more money as not paying for childcare/more flexibility re working hours/less travelling).
How can I word my email setting out my reasons for staying as wfh without sounding completely selfish?
(Don't know if it helps, but I know there are a number of partners and staff who have said they will never come work in the office again and that's been accepted)
TIA x
