i have a 5 year old ds and dd is 2 and will be starting nursery next year

i currently work about 15 hours a week on a night cleaning

was thinking about training to do something but can;t think what to do
looked into dental nursing but the training is full time and not just full time but starting at 8.45 until 5.30 on a night which wouldn;t be too bad when they are both at school but thinking about having another baby soo...

sorry i know this prob doesnlt make a lot of sense but amso fed up of sitting around at home all day and thought when dd started nursery could do something beneficial for the future

wouldn;t mind using childcare but most of he jobs i look at the wages wouldn;t cover it ( we are not entitled to any wftc)

any ideas suggestions....

Have you thought about doing some distance learning? If you've got a computer at home you could easily fit in a couple of hours whilst dc is at nursery.

TA or admin in a school so you get the holidays with the children?

Distance learning, where you learn at home, you sign up with a teaching company and they send you stuff to work on, or you get them emailed to you, and sometimes you do online lectures or tutorials. They can be expensive but not necessarily. Just go to google and type in online course and then whatever subject you want and see what comes up. Or you could go to college in the evenings if your partner could mind the kids.
You could do a short course, not too expensive and see if it helps you get a job.
What kind of things are you interested in?

How long do you train for? Is it worth doing for the long term prospects?
Nursing, you could start as a Healthcare assistant and then get your hospital to sponsor you whilst you train, you have to work the holidays but might be worth it.
