Want to retrain but not sure what to retrain as!

Any advice appreciated! I've made a bit of a mess of my career so far.

Am 30. Have a 2.1 from Oxford uni in English literature and French.

Started a PGCE straight out of uni but dropped out - I had always wanted to make a difference and help people, but found the reality of having chairs thrown at me by teenagers who didn't want to learn French, and the curriculum of endless box-ticking made it all seem pointless.

Started working as a private tutor teaching English, maths and French. Am limited by the fact that kids are at school during the day so the hours I can work are very limited, and now I have a child I realise how not family-friendly this is as I'll be working all the time she's not at school.

Worked one and a half years at a primary school during the day alongside working as a private tutor in the evenings - my role was a TA and I taught French to whole classes and worked as a 1:1. Enjoyed this but resented working for minimum wage. It took up all my days for very little money.

Would like a career where I can earn at least 20k and not work much (or preferably at all) in evenings and at weekends. Can afford to take further qualifications but would prefer not to spend years doing this.

Am happy to work in any field where I feel like I'm generally bringing some good to the world! Wouldn't want to do a job where I felt like the content of my working day was unimportant. Would ideally like to help children but am open to suggestions.

Have A level maths. Have a driver's licence. Am quick to learn.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Wish I could go back to when I graduated and do something more useful so I had a career!!

If I had my time again I would train as either a speech and language therapist, occupational therapist or play therapist.

Speech and language therapist

You'd need to do a masters though.

Civil service would fit your criteria for earning, family friendliness and making a contribution to society, but is less likely to use your language skills. Are you based in a rural or urban area?
