I get terrible shoulder pain after sitting at my desk all day. It’s happened for years but I used to just put up with it. It’s only since going back to the office after working from home for nearly a year (with no pain) that I’ve realised just how bad it is. I’m sure it’s due to my terrible posture. I’ve tried different chairs, tried raising my computer screen, supportive mouse mat, etc.
I’ve seen places recommending kneeling chairs, but from the pictures I just can’t see how they’d stop me leaning forwards...
Does anyone use one and does it help? Thanks in advance!
