Interview next week

Hi all.

I have an interview next week for a support officer role. Not wanting to give the specific job role or date of interview in case any of the interview panel are on here lol!

Anyway, I have been watching YouTube tutorials from Linda raynier (amazing) on how to be confident etc in the interview.

Can you throw me any questions which may come up aside from the obvious "tell me about yourself", "what attracted you to this role" and "what is your understanding of the role"

I am spending the next few days prepping so want to make sure I have evidence ready for any questions asked.

Give an example of when you have had to deal with a difficult situation / person. What did you do and why?

Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?

What is your learning style?

Give an example of something you got wrong. How did you deal with the issue. How did you put it right?

Thank you @Harpydragon

Make sure you plan one or two questions to afl the interview panel.

Go through the job spec and think of an example using STAR for each criterion.

Hello @OohImBlindedByTheLights !

Carefully read and understand the job description. Pick out the key/required competencies your potential new employer is looking for. Think of examples from your experiences of 'when and 'how' you have demonstrated each of the required competencies (STAR).
