I'm really hoping that someone has some experience of this. Applied for a job that looks really interesting after a call to the recruiting manager to learn more. The job is so much more than what's on the job description but the interviews in this organisation pretty much stick to the job description/personal spec in terms of questions.
This is the part where I'm tying myself up in knots. Prior to interviews, I tend to have a few examples prepared that fit around the job description in a STAR format. With this one though, the JD is so generic that I'm struggling to 'think of a time when'. Has anyone ever had anything similar?
