Is Working from Home the same as Working from anywhere. (Due to Covid? )

Wondered about this, people who work from home could they work from a library for instance?

No because the library is probably limiting your time to one hour, ours are open for borrowing books and using the computers but you can’t use study areas.

I require a secure vpn for most of my work, so the public WiFi at the library would not be acceptable. I do have a mode I can log in that provides limited access where I can read and respond to emails, but I can’t see attachments and emails are only a tiny fraction of my day.
