Part time work/furlough calculator

Hi

Does anyone know if the above exists? I have found online ones for FT furlough but not to include PT working.

I am working two days a week (16 hours) and furloughed the rest (normally 40 hours per week). I earn over the threshold and have also had holiday in the last month. My payslip doesn't make complete sense to me, I thought I would have earned more so would like to double check!

Thanks

Yes there is one on the HMRC website

We used this one:

www.thesalarycalculator.co.uk/prorata.php

Remember you still only get 80% of the furloughed part

Comefromaway · 25/08/2020 15:49

It’s a bit convoluted but the calculator is here.

Bunnybigears · 25/08/2020 15:51

Also remember the furlough part is worked out on what you eared in February so if you have had a pay rise since then it will only show in the worked hours not the fuelough hours

Comefromaway · 25/08/2020 15:52

Are you paid monthly and does your month start on 1st and end on 30th/31st?

How many days holiday did you take?

Are you paid salary or hourly?

Bella444 · 25/08/2020 16:04

Wow! So many quick responses. Thank you! I will have a look at the calculators now.

@Comefromaway

I am paid a monthly salary 1-31st of the month (but paid on the 28th).

@Comefromaway 10 days holiday (2 weeks off).

Its a bit complicated to work out without knowing personal details such as your actual salary. ALso factor in whether this coming Monday you are being paid as a bank holiday, working it, or furlough.
