It is a private place . Non-working directors. So it is behaviour of direct/local management who have always been ok so far.
Who can I take with me? Who do I write to ? Or do I phone?
The boss is busy Is this an issue?

Do you have a grievance policy (you should, but if the company is very small, maybe not). If so, find it and follow it. It will tell you who to contact and how to do it. If not, go onto the ACAS website for info - it’s really helpful on this type of problem. I hope you are not having too tough a time op - good luck with everything.

There is always a union. Even in non- unionised workplaces. You just haven't joined a union.

You must report a complaint to your line manager, or, if about them to their line manager. It is best to do it in writing. You are only entitled to support from a work colleague or a union representative - lacking a union, you may find it hard to find a colleague willing to get involved.

Be very sure you want to go down this route before you do it. Grievances don't always make things better.
