Hello, I have been having the biggest issue with my employer and been going on with her back and forth in regards to my salary which i have not received since MARCH!! she is now telling me that all my payments since i have started working could have been wrong because her accountants havent been doing a good job apparently. She is acting extremely dodgy and i really need to know how much tax and National insurance i should be paying!! Is there a way to find out online? Is there a website?

My salary varies each month as i get paid per hour so i need to calculate it based on a monthly basis not yearly if possible.

Go to the salary calculator website. It is very accurate

Your tax is worked out over the year.
Your P60 should be issued by 31 May at the latest.
Did you not receive wage slips?

You’d need to know your tax code and your gross amounts each month plus anything earnt at a previous employment Tax is cumulative so if it was wrong when you first started working there (Common if your p45 from previous job isn’t processed on time) it should correct itself.
