Redundancy - my job being advertised

Okay I've been put at risk (hence the name). I get it's happening. However, my job, new job title, exact same duties. has been advertised in the last 12 hours on LinkedIn.

Is this right? What are my rights here?

Have you asked your employer why the work you currently do has been advertised as a job role on LinkedIn? What did they say?

I've asked but it's a bank holiday so do not expect a response until Tuesday.
