Has anyone not been furloughed but asked to take a substantial pay cut?

While doing the work of the majority of the furloughed workforce?

This is what my work has done. I know others workplaces are doing the same. We have a small team of people remaining who have also had to take pay cuts - I believe at the same amount but you never know. This pay cut is almost as much as the furloughed workers.

If you have had this how are you feeling about it?

Do we have to sign something to say we agree?

DH has had to take a 20% paycut and I've had to take a 15% paycut - there is no reduction in hours for either of us. Both of us would rather be working than furloughed. My employer is topping up furloughed employees pay to 75% of their normal pay so for now I am better off working. We're both WFH and have 2 young DC so it's hard but just about manageable. I don't begrudge those on furlough whilst I work - having to work brings structure and routine to the day and helps the time pass.
