How can I get through the next week?

I had a terrible December at work. New boss wants to make big cuts to my area and it looks like I might even lose my job. (Ive been with the company for 15 years so would get redundancy pay but would still be big wrench.) I've had two weeks off for Christmas and am dreading going back tomorrow.
Any tips on how to get through the week from a personal resilience perspective? Am worried I'll be an emotional wreck and want to maintain both my dignity and strength for my team (who are also facing potential job losses).
Thank you.

Sorry to hear this, sounds very difficult especially when you are worrying about others as well as yourself.

Would you find it helpful to start looking for other jobs now or do you want to wait and see what happens?

Can you break each day into 30 minute slots where at the beginning of each day you allocate tasks and focus on getting through each 30 minute slot

Thanks @MerryTwinkletoes
Yes I've already started looking (and applying). Would love to walk away and start a new job tomorrow but have to get through the next few weeks/months first.

Thanks @Aridane
I'm not sure 30 mins slots would quite work in my role. But maybe if I tried to plan one positive thing to do each day that could help get me through it.
I just don't know how to hold it together for my team when I'm so personally distraught Sad
