Would anyone be willing to give me some feedback? I'm losing hope. Not hearing anything back from anyone...

I'm presuming my CV is awfully lacking in something. Would anyone advise?

OP - please ensure you use the correct Legal name, it's GDPR (2018) * not Data Protection Act which was the Law back in 1998.

I would change this to say

Focal point for communications (phone, email, post), taking ownership where possible or ensuring swift referral to relevant staff, including follow-up as required.

It makes it sound like you're proactive and able to take on some decision-making, plus good collaboration with others.

I agree with others re: minimising the "task list" approach and maximising the actual value-add you bring. If you can ask yourself the "so what?" question for a lot of what you do, it takes you from average to outstanding.

I definitely agree daisy but how about when it comes to personalising the CV to match the job description? Obviously it's not word for word what they're saying on the job ad but needs to be very clear that the exact skills match, doesn't it?

I have two CV's - One that's mine and I'd send to a recruiter as a general showcase, and one I'd tweak each time to match the job spec of job ads - The same thing just different every time to match each individual ad.

Length of employment for each company.
I would think you were always on the lookout for out for something better.
I know no gaps in employment are a good thing but I personally would see it as you'd kind of upped and left to something you had lined up.Confused

Spied But they aren't all permanent roles?
