My DH is Senior in Recruitment - Professional Services but Agency. He's been doing it over 10 years - a leader in his specialism but he's exhausted. Doesn't want to go In-house:
He does a mix of contingent and retained assignments but feels now (approaching 40) that agency/contingent recruitment is a young persons game! He has spoken to a search outfit who are in set up mode - he could join them and set up his specialism.
He's primary earner on a six figure salary but seriously exhausted - if we don't move house we don't need his salary to be so high.
Thoughts please!
