Can't decide whether to take job

Ok this is slightly complicated so bear with me.

Currently work at organisation A on a temp contract, covering while a new member of staff is recruited. I don't want the full time job offered. Recruitment has hit setbacks and my contract keeps being extended but will end at some point, though the team have a lot of work on and want to keep me.

A is a very prestigious employer in my sector. It's a truly lovely place to be with lovely colleagues. Pay is excellent and conditions also though as a temp I'm not getting full benefit.

I worry about being unemployed and not being able to get another job. Jobs are few in my sector. Nothing has come up recently. Contract due to end this month.

Apply for job B as I felt it looked interesting and i had transferable skills. Didn't expect interview as I thought all jobs really just want someone who's done it before and I've done the same career for nearly 15years. Offered the job. Also good organisation. People seem nice though I have less in common with them. Commute slightly worse. Pay v slightly less. V v flexible and great conditions.

A have heard and offered me an extension to the new year.

I cannot decide what to do. Take the stability and keep.looking for my dream role? But I'd feel too guilty to leave B before a year at least so may miss out on opportunities. I could prob do the work though would feel a bit out of my depth. I woukd learn new skills. They are v v keen I accept.

Or stay in the career I adore at A with no certainty of the future?

I have young children so if I am unemployed will be paying nursery fees to keep their places as waiting list is long. I don't earn much after childcare Taken into account! I work cos I love my job and need something for me. No pressure at all from DH who believes I should do what I like and things always work out for the best in the end!

Help!

Take guilt out of the equation, that shouldn't be an influencing factor.

If company A is extending you into 2020, it must mean you're good at your job, and they're keen to retain you, so use the next 3 months at A to secure a permanent role or a fixed term contract in the meantime. Company B is no more secure, if you don't know the industry or the people, you may find it doesn't work out or you don't like it.

Company A. They seem to want to keep you

I am good at my job and have quite an impressive cv I've been told. A would def like to expand the team and offer a perm job to me but given the set of circumstances it would be a min of 6 months and much more likely 12 before they could realise this. And that's if the new boss coming in even wanted to - they may have different ideas and don't know me.
