No paid leave
Book annual leave or before or after work

Any medical appointments are paid time off. They prefer it to be in the mornings/late afternoon so it doesn't disrupt the day too much.

Often I'll work from home on that day so I can just quickly pop out for my appointment.

At a previous employment of mine there was the rule that if you were full time you could have paid time off for all medical appointments because you would be unable to book them outside working hours but if you were part time you either had to book an appointment on your day off or change your day off/shift worked/child care to accommodate the appointment.
This felt very unfair at times with part timers having to negotiate change of shifts/days so not being paid for any appointment times whilst full timers could just leave for their appointments knowing they were being paid for that time.
I think nowadays this may be illegal due to part time workers not being allowed to be treated less favourable than full timers.

Paid time off for all medical and dental appointments here (university). We are asked to try and minimise time out of the office but it is recognised that this often isn’t possible. All appointment time is recorded though and if it was felt to be excessive then there would be an Occ Health referral.

Paid time off for appointments here - I'm in retail.

Private firm & I have to use my annual leave, I wouldn't mind but I'm in half an hour early every single day!
