Help writing a reference

Hi,
As the title suggests..I am writing a reference for an employee.
This lady has been working with us for the past 14 years and this is the first refrence i've ever written.

There are specific titles that i've to fill out. The first part is:

  1. Please outline your comments on the ‘suitability’ of the candidate in relation to post described in the job description.

She will be interviewed on Wednesday. I know how much this job means to her and really don't want to let her down with a poorly written reference.

Does this sound ok as a reply?

I am writing to recommend (NAME) for the position of Administrator at your Academy.
(NAME) has been a valued member of our administration team since 2005. She has provided us with the most efficient and reliable administrative help we’ve ever had. (NAME) is organised, friendly and prepared, with a keen eye for accuracy, she ensures that work flows and progresses smoothly both in the office and when visiting clients.

(NAME) has introduced and implemented a digital filing and email system that has not only reduced the time of handling professional communications, it has also considerably increased overall business productivity.

Her duties vary from prioritising and setting weekly schedules for the design and creation of work and arranging meetings with clients to handling a range correspondence and managing our product inventory, ordering supplies as necessary. She has built a close and friendly relationship with our corporate clients, who often praise her professional, sensitive and efficient conduct when working with recently bereaved families.

(NAME) is a respected team member who works well with a team and is efficient and capable working independently, using her own initiative. She is not afraid to ask for help or guidance with anything she may be struggling with and is enthusiastic when learning a new process or program.

(NAME) is proficient with in house computer software packages as well as Microsoft Office products and has a great mind for learning, often grasping concepts and implementing them with very little training. She adapts well to an ever-changing work environment and knows when to prioritise her workload for the benefit of the client or business.

I am in no doubt that (NAME) would be a tremendous asset to your Academy, and I recommend her to you without reservation.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

That's a lovely reference.

You don't need to write that much at all, but what you've written certainly won't do any harm.

I would add your contact telephone number email if you have not already.

That's great to hear. I'm not overally confident with my wording. Especially for a formal document.
I'm just hoping to give her a little boost if possible as it's a great job, good hours (term time) and probably quite saught after.
Everything I have said is accurate :)
