As the title suggests my flexible working request was declined on the grounds that essentially there’s too much work for a part time job to cover. I work for a huge multi billion company so of course, I think they could have worked around it but I think they want me out anyway.
I just wondered if there was a loophole, the person now doing some of my role is part time. Whilst I don’t know exactly to what extent she covers my role, I know it’s a smaller version of what I did before going on mat leave. Do I have a case at all?
