Resignation Letter Help

Could anyone help me write a resignation letter? Ive gone completely blank!

A few weeks ago I approached my bosses about leaving - due to me earning very little after childcare, wanting to be at home much more for kids etc - they were great about it and let me work as flexible as I liked so I started working 2 short days a week.

Thing is that now I just want to leave altogether but dont know how to say it after they were so good about it - they have started talking about training plans and taking exams in the next year and I dont want to waste their time when my heart isnt in it and I want to leave. I think they are going to be suprised though

Any wise words much appreciated...

That actually looks like a really good start to your letter. Not sure I can help you write any more.
I sometimes find that if I try to imagine what I would say to someone, face to face, then that is also the best way of putting it in writing.
But honestly, what you've already written looks good. (Following our recent discussion, I've thought it through and I feel the same, want to be a ftm...)

could you perhaps keep your letter just to the point and offer your resignation but include a paragraph along the lines of
"enjoyed my time here and appreciated your support and flexibilty re family committments".

The rest of your feelings can perhaps be expressed verbally as you hand over the letter.
