I work for a large organisation in the voluntary sector is an office job.About a year ago I applied for flexitime, whereby I would have 20 hours core and then the remaining 10 flexibly.There was trial period and then this was officially adopted as a permanat change to my contract. Now a new boss has started and wants me to give 2 weeks notice of my hours. I requested flexitime because of a caring roe for my ederly parents. I protested this and was told that if i didn't comply IMMEDIATELTY I would be subject to disciplinary action.No new business reason has developed except new boss doesn't ike it
HR has told me my flexible working arrangements cannot be changed unless there is a business reason and then there would need to be consultation. However she claims HR havetold HER something different.
