Daughter is going to an interview where the job is a 15 hours a week contact for term time only.
Does it mean that if she only works 13 hours one week she still gets paid for 15? Does it mean that if she only works 13 she will have to do something else for 2 hours?
Also, do all employers pay their staff throughout the school holidays so they just get a reduced amount when they are not working, or do they get no money through the holidays?
I am self employed so totally confused! Your help would be greatly appreciated x
