What other benefits could I reasonably ask for (or unreasonably!)

Hi
I seem have landed myself a good job with a bunch of people who really seem to like me (bizarre!). They have made my a great offer (good money, bonus scheme, pension scheme, 25 days hols) incredibly they have asked if there is anything else that would get me to say yes (I know, freaky huh?!).

Of course my mind went blank (I was a bit stunned) so I thought you lot might come up will a few ideas.

I am of course now open to a numbers of bonkers suggestions from mnetters eg. hunk of a bloke to be at my total beck and call - and a laugh would be good - but a few serious ones too would be fab
Ta!

we have a scheme where you can get a kind of credit card off the company to buy work clothes - the only catch is it is repayable if you leave
we have a scheme where you can work longer hours over two weeks and have every second friday off.

i would personally ask for my own purchasing card - invaluable when you have to get the small things in a hurry without going through a 2 week tedious process that keeps a whole dept of admin officers in a job.

a seson train ticket? or other public transport thing

but most of all flexible working. an ethos that as long as your jobs done - it doesn't matter where you work from.

private health insurance?

Are you planning on having any children? You could ask for a years paid mat leave if you are.

Or possibly a health care plan.

if they have no car park i would ask for a permit so you don't have to pay NCP prices

Or ask that they pay for your megarider or whatever it is where you are

Good thinking - don't feel I can ask about maternity leave as they have had loads of women get pg recently and so it is a bit of a sensitive point for them.

Anyone come accross life coaching sessions?

Flexible working has to be your number one priority IMO.

Unfortunately they have core hours of 9-5.30 so flex hrs are not an option, sadly I am a barren old bird... (well, have been ttc for yonks) so the need for flex hrs is less vital as I don't have kids to pick up from nursery/school. (in fact this is one of my very few ventures out of the conception threads - aren't I brave!)
