Bullying at work

Have name changed for this in fear of being outed.

I’m currently being bullied at work, im treated differently to everyone else and after several recent events I am now finding that my managers are making things very hard for me and doing certain things trying to push me out. I think they are doing this so I leave. I am currently now looking for a new job, as I am so down and upset I’ve got horrendous anxiety all the time and it’s all work related.

I’m not sure why I’m posting, as I will be out as soon as possible. I’m just worried they will try to get rid of me, they have history of treating employees very unfairly and even unfair dismissal before which ended in a court case.

Should I speak to Acas and fully discuss with them the scenario?

TIA

Do you want to work in that horrid environment, why don't you start looking for a nice new job where you feel valued. You can speak to acas, how long have you worked there and what sort of job would you really like to do and have experi3nce in.

First off. Are you logging everything and keeping examples? Are you following up all conversations with emails so you have evidence of what is going on? You might decide not to do anything about it and that is fine but you don't want to be in the position where you want to act but have nothing to back you up.

Def speak to ACAS.

Keep reminding yourself it is not about you, they have targeted other people as well. Is it two or more managers in collusion?

Make sure you keep a log and follow up on any conversations with any email, this is important.

Get your CV sorted and start applying for jobs. You are better than this and stronger than you think. No workplace is worth your mental health.

If this is causing you so much upset you could see your Dr and get a sick note, you deserve better.
