Can you give slightly more information? Age group? Are they ex LAC ?
What are the young people's situation?

To provide resettlement support and life-skills training to residents, and to manage the day-to-day running of the projects for young people aged between 16-25. Acting as key worker to specific residents and taking responsibility for household whilst on shift. thanks

Tbf it's difficult to know what type of questions they might ask.

I'd scrub up on child protection and health and safety.

I'd guess specific questions they might ask could be about how you would plan for the day, what you might do in certain situations, how you have managed certain behaviours in the past, how you manage requests from management, what you could bring to the team, what impact you envisage the work might have on you emotionally, how you manage conflict, how you support others etc.

Oooh sounds like a similar job to what I used to do!

Definitely research child protection/safeguarding.

Have a look at this website - www.outcomesstar.org.uk/using-the-star/see-the-stars/young-persons-star/

They might not use it but could help you in regards to keyworking questions. Also research setting SMART goals etc

these kind of jobs usually entail a rather long list of job responsibilities - basically you will run the house whilst you are on shift. So you have to deal with whatever is thrown at you and not refer to your job description to see if it's mentioned!!!! Definitely a job where you just need to be prepared to get stuck in!

Also think about scenarios like what you would do if you found a resident had self harmed/taken drugs/been sleeping with other residents/taken an overdose etc

Good luck!
