How am I going to cope with all this?

I have worked two full days so far. Today is my day off as I'm part time. I have a 2y.o and a 9m.o. Monday my MIL had dc and yesterday dp had them. I have six modules of training to do outside of work this week 2 hours per module, and the same again next week.
The kids were supposed to be inducted into nursery today but there was a cock up and they couldn't fit DS in, only DD so they won't be able to start on Friday.
I've been told I need to work an additional day next week for training so I need to find childcare for three extra days. I've asked all my family already but they all work or are already looking after them a different day. I can only take the children for their nursery induction on a Wednesday as it's my only day off. I've consulted lots of childminders but none can have both children at such short notice. I also don't drive so have to immediately rule any out that I can't get to on the bus!
If this is two days of stress then what is it going to be like in the weeks/months ahead! I haven't even been paid yet but already I've paid £500 in registration, upfront nursery fees and so can't really ditch them now. Just feel fed up and like my whole time is going to be chasing family members for childcare and doing homework.

Could you enlist a neighbour to come to your house and look after them?
Or a sensible teenager if it's for a short time? Offer some free childcare to another parent you know?

I don't trust my neighbours (rough area) it's the fact that they're so young and there's two of them! It makes it hard to find someone to look after them for 8 hours who they know and like already.

I believe there are some agencies where you can book emergency childcare from a nanny. I expect it will cost a lot, but as you need help immediately I don't think you have much option.
Once you've completed your training and the children are in their regular nursery hours it honestly will be ok. in the longer time nursery is a good choice because at least you'll know it's open every day (unlike a cm who could get sick or whatever)
It sounds like a nightmare right now but hang on in there
