What to put on CV following redundancy from secure job?

Sorry for the obscure title.
And sorry for bringing the same issue back again!
I put in a grievance against my boss for bullying. It was (sort of) upheld. Now I am considered "at risk of redundancy" because the panel said we can't work together. I was hoping to move teams but I'll admit I was niave and wasn't expecting that to be made redundant. My boss has stayed in his job, although they have significantly changed his duties due to the issues that came up.
Tbh I couldn't stay in the role because of his behaviour and he was trying to find a way to sack me so bizarrely I'm actually in a better place now health wise and employment wise.
I just wonder how I would explain if I'm made redundant. It is a very secure job and would potentially make people ask. I can hardly say "I grievanced my boss". I guess legally they might not be able to ask but they might anyway.
Just for info, I'm waiting to hear back from the appeal I submitted. I did have grounds to appeal but wouldn't have done if I was given a new job. Rightly or wrongly I feel like I need to exhaust all internal processes in case I have to take legal action in the future. There are a few things I can"t go into that may make that an option.
There aren't many jobs coming up and I've been in my job for over 10 years so if I'm made redundant I will get a payout so it's pointless me jumping ship into any old job.
Thanks.
