What would be an appropriate response? (workplace etiquette)

I received a Christmas card today, from my employers (work for a mid-sized company, about 200 employees). It was the standard company Christmas card, signed by the Chairperson, CEO and Director.

Inside the card was a gift voucher. For £10. I'm guessing this has been done for all employees, since the voucher didn't have my name on (in the name space) if that makes sense.

Its my first Christmas at the company, so I haven't experienced this before. It was a nice gesture, I wasn't expecting it. How should I respond:

a) not respond
b) email, acknowledge the gesture and wish them all Merry Christmas
c) send a card to all 3 combined
d) send cards to each individually
e) call them, or one of them?
f) call the CEO's Assistant and ask her to pass on message of thanks

The 3 signatories are in Head Office and I'm in one of the regional offices, so I don't see them all the time and won't see them this side of Christmas.

Sorry I know its a first world problem, but I really really love this job and want to make the right call.

Ask someone you like if its an every yearvthing or just coz your new. If every body gets given a token then you need do nothing.

I think I'd go with B and email them individually. More chance they'll see their email than a card this close to Xmas. A short message of thanks is fine.

Do you think they want 200 emails saying 'thanks' for a £10 voucher? Or 200 phone calls?

B for sure, Let's face it, they really won't be getting 200 thank you emails. And they are always lovely to receive.

B but not just a thank you for the card and voucher. I'd take the opportunity to say how welcome you have been made to feel at the organisation, name check any stars who have particularly helped you and say how much you love your job.

Nobody is going to mind getting that email :)

I'm in a similar position - I'm new to the job which I love and received an email last week saying you will all be receiving £x in your next salary payment as a Christmas bonus. I was really pleased as haven't had a bonus in years but unsure how to respond so did nothing at the time. After thinking it over I've decided I am going to email the directors before I finish on Christmas Eve thanking them and wishing them a Merry Christmas. Not sure if that is overly formal or a bit sucky up but it feels the right thing to do.
