Anyone remember my racism and bullying issue?

It was a long time ago but today I received a letter from my employers (NHS Trust) saying that they expect me to go back to work to my previous position and REPORT to the racist lady who falsified hr reports about me!

I can't believe it. Surely they realise that that is just untenable?

She no longer shares an office with the other perpetrator, the one who alleges that I shared information from our HR system with her, information that I actually didn't have access to and and that I looked at medical records of children that I knew, although I actually do not know any children open to CAMHS! Her daughter even told girls at school that I was to be sacked and then I had to calm my daughter down as these rumours got back to her.

They fell out apparently and one of them asked to be moved, the one that I said it is he'll sharing an office with due to her constantly being ready to go off on one about completely innocuous situations or comments.

AAARRRRGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

I actually have no intention of returning but this has just made me feel all shitty and anxious again!

I didn't see your previous thread but it sounds like you've been through a stressful time. If you don't intend to go back, the best thing you can do is try to let go. If you allow it to wind you up again, you're letting them win.

I am afraid I don't know your history but it does sound bizarre. The good news is they must have believed you-unless they are in the habit of asking people (who do all you have been accused of) back to work???? Had there been a tribunal about this? Is this there way of 'settling out of court'??? Did you have a union rep??

Are you planning to stay in the NHS? What would you tell any future employers?? Have to be careful not to 'rubbish' you ex employers.

Good luck anyway!

No tribunal as they would not investigate the allegations. Just insisted that they were not malicious and as only the people who wrote the reports and he and senior manager read them I shouldn't have an issue.

I will never return to the nhs.

Hopefully have a job lined up in the private sector which I already have references for.

I am planning on writing a letter detailing why I am not returning and copying it to the racist lady and the other lady involved.
