Do I declare my disability before interview?

I know legally it shouldn't be used against me but, in practice, it might be. Do I declare that I suffer from ME or will that make them think I am unreliable? (I am registered disabled and have a blue badge)

Well done on getting in the position to start applying. I hope that I'll get there at some point

There's no obligation to disclose at application stage now - if I were you I'd wait until you have an offer and then discuss it if you think you need adjustments or would just prefer your employer to know. Then they can't withdraw anything (unless they really really want to get taken to tribunal) but you aren't giving them any suprises when you start.

I applied and declared. We'll see what happens. Hopefully I'll seem ok at interview.

Surely they ask in the application? I suppose you just did not disclose? Onsome applications they ask if they need to do anything before you come to interview (that is for more disabled people I guess).

I am hardly in a position to say, myself, but personally I would probably had admitted on the form. I can't help myself, I am too honest some times!!!

A lot of online applications are asking people to state disabilities now, so I've had to disclose it. I don't really want to work for an employer who'd be 'uncomfortable' with my disability anyway.
