Any advice; accused of faking time sheets.

Dsis, 21, has been accused of faking her time sheets while the owner of the holiday park she works in while the owner was on holiday. She's devastated and worried she's going to be sacked over it and not be paid for the two weeks of work she did while she was away. The acting manager who was in charge at the time has also been accused of doing the same.

Ddad who has done some hr work as part of his job has told her she's got no rights, but his by no means an expert. She's 8 1/2 weeks into a fixed terms contract that's due to end in October and had completed the required 6 week probationary period before the owner went away. However the park she works for has always had a high staff turn over and the owner has a reputation for pulling stunts like this.

Is there any advice I should give her? Any documentation she should ask for or is entitled to? Owner has so far refused to hand over a copy of the time sheet or put in discuss how the hours differ. Any help great fully received.

I am sorry to hear this. I am no expert, but to be honest, I do not think she has any rights at all. These days you need to have been employed for 2 years to have any rights at all. At this stage they can just finish her without giving a reason.
It does stink to high heaven though, she has obviously just been used Angry

As for salary, if they refuse to pay, I guess it would have to be small claims court. Cross that bridge when you come to it, but tell her to be prepared, sounds like they have form.

Bastards.
