Tickets for Mumsnet WorkFest (sponsored by Barclays), which will take place at BAFTA on 7 June, are already selling like hot cakes.

If you haven't already snapped up your EarlyBird ticket, fear not; you've still got 24 hours to do so. Book by midday on May 1 to save over 20% on this must-attend event aimed at those of you who are returning to work post-maternity or after a career break, and/or those looking to change jobs or start their own business.

We've secured some brilliant speakers for the day including Jo Malone, Emma Bridgewater and Sharmadean Reid, all of whom have a wealth of experience in balancing work and family life, whether working for an employer or themselves.

In the sumptuous surroundings of BAFTA , you'll hear from inspiring women and experts who will be at our drop-in career clinic offering one-to-one feedback on your ideas and answers to all your work-related questions. In addition, there will be a range of targeted sessions focused on helping you get back into the workplace after a (longer) career break, and a variety of workshops addressing everything from building confidence to how best to present yourself. All this plus a delicious lunch and the chance to meet some great new contacts, including women in the same boat as you.

You'll leave at the end of the day feeling inspired, positive and armed with the info you need to return to work, change job or start out on your own.

Book your EarlyBird ticket now - or, if you are in receipt of Income Support or other benefits, email us on [email protected] – we have some highly subsidised tickets available for £45.

Thanks

@LewisFan

£45 isn't very feasible on Income Support... on top of that is travel and food I'm guessing... shame really.

Hi LewisFan, a delicious lunch, refreshments throughout the day and, of course, cake are all included in the ticket price. We're afraid you would have to make your own travel arrangements though. Would there be a more convenient location for you? We are hoping to be able to run a similar event in other parts of the UK. PatrickMumsnet
