I have a friend who has had some problems with her managers. They have made her working life difficult since she moved to working in their area of a large corporation, they've set her unreasonable deadlines, expected excessive overtime etc and she's just had an appraisal where they've (unfairly) marked her down. I understand it's all very difficult, it's her word against management etc but as she's been at this firm for three years and this is the first time performance issues have been raised she and I am a bit

However, she has said to me that a few months ago she discovered that her managers had falsified some documentation, which would breach internal and company law. Her managers are aware that she knows this, and possibly a couple of other people in her department know. she's now been offered a new role in another department.
The question is, should she whistleblow on the senior managers who have falsified records? When we discussed this with another friend he suggested that whistleblowing is actually hated by companies and the result would likely be that she would get pushed out of the company due to co worker and management vendettas towards her.
