Thought I'd post in Employment as it's where HR bods tend to hang out!

I'm currently doing Chartered CIPD through experience assessment and it would be nice to buddy up with someone who is doing or has done this?

Hi,

I recently started the 8 weeks intense program for the associate level of CIPD, I have just read my case study some 60 pages long, and wondered if anyone else was at this stage that I could share ideas with etc.

Thanks

Me too undergone Pre-assessment and Associate Level. I'm starting my Experience Assessment from 1st May 2017. I have 5 years of work experience in India, 1 year in Dubai, 1 year in Qatar and now I am working in Kuwait since Nov 2016.

Congratulation!

Hi, I know this thread is very old, but wondering if anyone is going through the EA for MCIPD or may have previously who might want to help a slightly anxious pregnant lady out?
I have worked in HR for 14 years so I KNOW I have the experience but i really fail when trying to get that across into a CIPD format. I find my head doesn’t work in that way and I’m far more of a common sense practitioner that here’s some HR models practitioner. It causes me a heap of anxiety which is why I never completed the level 7 10 years ago. So much that I suffered hair loss and swore off the CIPD for life.
I’ve finally bitten the bullet and the anxiety is washing over me. SO if any of you lovely individuals would be happy to connect and share thoughts/experiences I’d be so eternally grateful. Thanks x

I haven’t done EA @Iljb33 but if you’re on Facebook I recommend the HR Ninjas group, everyone’s very helpful and happy to share tips and experience.

Thank you so much, I’ll check it out!!

Hi

I am 4 weeks in. Nearly completed my impact report and drafted headings for my self assessment. More than happy to connect to discuss or to share ideas.

Apologies its an old thread, but just started my chartered assessment a few weeks late so panicking, just cant seem to get going, any help will be appreciated.

I've got the level 5 HRM but would now like to do the level 5 L&D but can't afford it and my employer wont pay (budget cuts happening). I'm also not entitled to any funding and the payment plans are still too much per month. Anyone know of any good deals on this course? Ideally under £2000??

Apologies for posting on an old thread but it looks like people have been dipping in and out over the last 10 years!

Can anyone provide any info specifically on what the professional discussion is like for experience assessment to get chartered membership?
