I am looking to leave my current role despite only being in post for 2 months. I had a run in with the acting boss as I didn?t agree with something she was doing; admittedly she changed her direction slightly after this. But it just doesn?t sit right, she is constantly talking about changing my role and I find it all too unnerving and uncomfortable. Yes I accept that job roles changes and you do naturally take on other tasks along the way but let me do the job I applied for a little while at least. Apologies for the waffle, my question is I have an interview coming up how do I explain wanting to move after such a short space of time??
The post I have an interview is more hours but I really don?t want to cock it up!!!
Hmm

That the job has turned out to be different from that advertised. Be careful to phrase things in as positive a way as possible. EG, explain "I was attracted to the job because I could use my experience in XYZ, however as soon as I arrived there was a reorganisation and in my current role I'm not using all of my expertise / I'm not working at the level I am capable of / etc. However, this role [the you are applying for] appears to offer an opportunity to bring my skills to it and develop myself blah blah..."
