I'm currently working on a part time temporary basis. Recently, over the last few weeks I have been asked to work additional days to cover holidays, which I have done. At my interview I was asked if I could be flexible over the days I worked and I stated that within reason I could but I did clearly state that I could not work full time hours (childcare is a problem for me).
