Wondering if anyone can help me. I'm currently working 2 days, one for the nhs and the other one is for a small company where maternity pay is SMP. I'm thinking about giving up the job for the small company and working both days for the nhs but I'm currently trying to get pregnant. My question is if I got pregnant immediately after handing in my notice I obviously wouldn't get mat pay from that job but would my nhs job just give mat pay based on part time or full time even if I was pregnant before starting full time? Hope that makes sense!
