Application form....have no idea what to write on it

Have never been really very good with app forms and this one is no different.
I really, really want this position....it's Faculty Assistant at my local school.
I have been a SAHM for 10 years so have loads of skills such as time management, multi tasking, negotiation skills, etc. And am also a company director on 2 sep companies, although they are pretty much in name only. But I am a company sec on a local charity (voluntary position) so could put that in.
My real problem is, although I think I have the right skills for the job, I just have no idea how to put it all down on the app form, IYSWIM.
Are there any websites that could help me with this? Have googled some but they are not really what I'm looking for.

Don't know about websites, but how about look at what you believe the skills required for the role are and then match your current skill set and experience against these.
If it helps, consider everything as though you were helping another person with your experience to complete the form.

For example:

Role Requirement 1 : All staff schedules need to ensure no time clashes for teaching
lowestpriority relevant skill: ability to organise complex scheduling and gain agreement on same
lowestpriority example of handling this task: As company secretary, ensuring all board members are aware of the timing & requirements for implementing 'xxx' for the charity

(Ok, the above is a bit wishy-washy, but hopefully gives you a bit of an idea.)

Once you've done that, then go back and re-order / revise to only leave those points you feel are most likely to get you the interview.

I'm sure there'll be a few more people along with pointers soon.

As moonlight says - address each point on the person specification giving examples. Don't leave any gaps in the application form even if you are stating 'looking after family'. An LA application is always geared around the person spec and may be identified as A-Application; T-Test and I-Interview. Whenever I've completed an LA form, it has always taken me ages and I haven't done it in order but jumped around the points (done the easiest ones first). Also, I've never completed the supporting statement in one go but have had to come back to it a few hours/a day later.
