Well, I've been at home with sprogs for eight years...wee one starts school in August so it's time to go back.

I've done wee bits and pieces of work (I'm a physio) but have not been able to find a school hours/school terms/yesofcourseyoucanhavethedayoffbecauseit'ssportsday contract. Funny that.

Sooo, am away to work for myself.

Am hoping to be able to drop kids at school, see some patients and be finished in time to pick them up at the end of the day.

Anyone done the same and got some obvious pitfalls I need to look out for?

Am kind of excited. But, mostly, shitting myself...

there is freelancers board you might want to have a look at.
Only think I would say is that I would imagine that the demand from clients would maybe need to look at working after school hours sometimes so maybe look at some child car

and school holidays - sorry don't mean to be negative - I do some free lance and its great

Had not seen that, another!

Thanks, will have a swatch.

School holidays will be a bit of a juggle - but, I'm thinking that I'll at least be flexible enough within my own clients.

There is a childminder who's got some hours available - and I can arrange playdates for the kids and reciprocate...otherwise, dunno. Everyone else manages though!

See you on freelancers, thanks for the tip
