Opening a Yoga Studio

Hi, I'm very fortunate to be able to open my own Yoga studio soon.
I will teach my yoga classes there, and let the space to other practitioners of Yoga, Pilates and other classes that complement.
I would really appreciate advice from anyone with experience in setting up a business that involves letting space to others. i.e contracts. I have no room for a reception as such and am not sure how to organize bringing together a system for people to get booked into classes without them contacting the teacher whose class they want to join, directly. There will be two large studios, an entrance with a small lobby and somewhere to make tea, and two toilets, one on each floor, an area for coats, shoes etc. Disabled access and toilet.
Any advice for my venture will be greatly appreciated.

I am very Envy I'm hoping to have a studio in the future but at home for my own classes.

I would just rent the space and let other teachers bring their students. Depending on your area and what other rooms are available charge the going rate or less. I rent a space for a class and pay £24 which is on the high side. I just think this would be less hassle but maybe wrong.

You maybe could have a booking system on line.

Thank you sailorsgal, I may have an online booking system, I shall see how it goes. The thing is the studio is in town and used to be a shop, so people see it as they walk by, so I may well need an easy point of contact. I'm sure it will evolve as it goes along.
