Think you need to include a few more serials.

Sorry, do you mean that you instigated a claim against someone else using legal cover provided by your insurers and the other side have rejected your claim? We need more details of what the claim was for and the reasons they turned it down to be able to give any advice.

Sounds like the insurers have decided they don't feel the claim is worth pursuing, is that correct?

As long as they have met their obligations under the terms of your cover, there's nothing you can do about it. Normally the obligations are to get the case reviewed by a solicitor (who may not be any good or an employment specialist) and get a view from them as to whether the case has more than a 50% chance of success, or whatever criteria they set. Obviously it's in the interests of the insurers that the answer to that is no, and once they've given that opinion their obligations are met.

If you feel strongly that the case is much more rock solid than that and the insurance company are just avoiding paying out, you could use their complaints procedure, but as you only have 3 months to bring a claim, you probably need to make a decision fairly urgently as to whether you are going to pursue your tribunal claim yourself or pay for another solicitor to bring the case for you.
