They are changing from giving us allocation in 'hours' instead of 'weeks'
So normally we allocated say 4 weeks. From now on it will be the equivalent (apparently) in hours.
privatisation is on the horizon, so could it be linked to that? Company is meant to be cutting costs so why spend all this money changing the system?
I am wary this will mean reduced leave. I am PT, currently working 20hr entitled to 4wk 3days every year. Can this amount change?
What benefit does this provide to the company?
