Notes in interviews?

Hi
I have an interview tomorrow and I wondered about taking some notes in with me. I don't have a clue what questions they are going to ask but I get really nervous in interviews to the point where I physically shake. Because of my nervousness my mind goes blank do thought that having some notes would remind me of what I need to say lol. What do you think?

No. Because you'll get flustered and start looking for the answer and employer's want to see you think and may not let you take your notes in any way.

If you start to panic breathe in to a count of 7 and out to a count of 11 (not very slowly or you'll pass out!). It will help calm you right down. Also explain that you are a bit nervous, maintain eye contact, and keep your hands folded in your lap (this is good for nervous fiddlers like me Blush).

You've done the hard bit getting the interview - that's heaps tougher then telling someone how wonderful you are!

What is the job?

What did you decide? How did the interview go? :)

I really hope your interview went well.

I interview regularly and I wouldn't have a problem if you had a sheet of notes with you. My style is less interrogation, hard to answer questions and more fact finding, information sharing. It is my job to put the interviewees at ease especially when the are nervous.
